But it doesn’t stop there, our team includes musicians and Pastors who understand the roll of tech from both sides of the equation!

Why it matters!

Today 31% of church members do NOT attend church. There is a 15% annual attrition rate among church members, higher among churches that fail to attract millennial; the fastest growing population among church growers and the largest group of Christians that attend church regularly. A churches longevity and vitality depend on the youth and today's youth wants a total immersive environment connecting; a time to leave the cares of the world behind and focus on worshiping God and hearing the word.

What impact does this really have on my church?

Bezalel and Oholiab were handpicked by God to lead the construction of the tabernacle, the sacred tent where God would dwell among His people. These two men took ordinary materials—wood, linen, and gold—and transformed them into a place of worship. They didn't just build a tent; they created a sanctuary. Today, the responsibility of crafting a worship experience falls on the creative and production teams, who must work seamlessly with the worship leader and musicians.

The tech team plays a pivotal role, acting as the bridge between what happens on stage and what is experienced in the pews. Like Christ, who mediates between God and man, the production team mediates between the stage and the congregation. This is an enormous responsibility. Our focus should be on creating an atmosphere that is free from distractions, where every element—lighting, sound, and media—enhances the message rather than detracts from it.

When the production comes together in harmony, it immerses the congregation in an environment ripe for transformation—a deeply personal encounter with God. Done right, with no distractions, people forget their self-consciousness and enter into free, uninhibited worship. The goal isn't just technical perfection; it’s facilitating a sacred experience where the message is amplified and worship flows naturally.
