The Church Consulting Process
Many organizations go through a life cycle: they start, grow, thrive, lose momentum, decline, and eventually come to an end. However, the decline and end are often preventable. Your church's story doesn’t have to follow this pattern.
Our Process When you reach out to us, our team begins working with your leadership through three key phases:
Phase 1: Evaluation & Planning (Up to 3 Months)
This phase involves comprehensive on-
Health Assessment
We provide your team with a fresh and honest perspective on your church’s past, current state, and potential pitfalls. This assessment becomes the foundation for your strategic roadmap.
Strategic Planning
During this stage, we help you define a clear vision for the future with measurable goals and an actionable plan. The first phase includes executing and achieving early wins.
Staffing & Structure Review
We help you design an effective staff structure to support the vision and empower your team to reach their highest potential.
Phase 2: Implementation
Once data has been collected and a plan developed, we move into the implementation phase, typically starting around the 4th month. We provide ongoing consultation and accountability as your team executes the strategic plan.
Phase 3: Measure, Evaluate, and Adjust
In this phase, we work with your leadership team to ensure alignment around the vision, strategies, and next steps. Our goal is not to dictate but to help identify obstacles, leverage opportunities, and refine your strategic plan.
Our Goal
We aim to help pastors, church leaders, and congregations clarify where God is calling them in the future and guide them on how to get there. We provide coaching, support, and accountability throughout the entire process, fostering the necessary changes for long-
